Welcome to Himalayan Nature Escapes! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the trip departure.
• Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation without a refund.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 60 days before departure: 80% refund.
• Cancellations made between 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of departure: No refund.
• No refunds will be issued for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.
• In case of trip cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions), we will offer a rescheduling option or a partial refund based on expenses incurred.

3. Travel Documents & Insurance

• Travelers must carry valid identification and any required permits.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
• Himalayan Nature Escapes is not responsible for losses due to inadequate travel insurance.

4. Health & Safety

• Travelers must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect their participation.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation if a traveler’s health poses a risk to themselves or others.
• Our tours involve adventure activities that carry inherent risks. Participants must follow safety instructions given by our guides.

5. Itinerary Changes & Delays

• While we strive to follow the planned itinerary, unforeseen circumstances (weather, road conditions, political situations) may require adjustments.
• Himalayan Nature Escapes is not responsible for extra costs incurred due to delays or route changes.

6. Responsibilities & Liabilities

• We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience but are not liable for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of belongings.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third-party service providers (hotels, transport, airlines, etc.).
• Travelers are expected to respect local cultures, laws, and environmental guidelines.

7. Code of Conduct

• Travelers must respect fellow participants, guides, and local communities.
• Any behavior that is disruptive, illegal, or endangers the group will result in removal from the tour without a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, images, and itineraries, is the property of Himalayan Nature Escapes and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from our services will be settled under the laws of India.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to arbitration in Himachal Pradesh.
