Day 1: Chandigarh – Shimla (110 km / 4–5 hrs)
  • Elevation: 600 m to 2,200 m

Day 2: Shimla – Sarahan – Sangla (240 km / 8–9 hrs)

Elevation: 2,200 m to 2,700 m

  • Quick stop at Sarahan Bhimakali Temple

  • Enter Baspa Valley, one of the most scenic valleys of Kinnaur

Day 3: Sangla – Chitkul – Kalpa (80 km / 4–5 hrs)

  • Morning drive to Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibetan border

  • Walk along the Baspa River, surrounded by majestic mountains

  • Return and drive to Kalpa, famous for views of Kinner Kailash range

Day 6: Kaza Local Sightseeing: Hikkim, Komic, Langza (50 km / 3–4 hrs)

Day 7: Kaza – Key – Kibber – Chicham Bridge (40–50 km / 3–4 hrs)

  • Explore Kibber, a high-altitude village once known for snow leopards

  • Cross the dramatic Chicham Bridge, Asia’s highest suspension bridge

Day 8: Kaza – Kunzum Pass – Chandratal Lake (90 km / 5–6 hrs)

  • Trek (1.5 km) or drive to Chandratal Lake, the moon lake of Spiti
